Guidelines

Through our more than 30 years of renting out apartments in Denmark, we have experienced that there can be a great difference in internal maintenance of apartments, especially since most of our tenants are from all over the world, often from places, where buildings and interior are made of different materials than in Denmark.

Because of that we have collected some advice and guidance to give you as a “helping hand” during your stay in our tenancy. We hope you will find it useful.

In case of issues which you will not be able to take care of yourself, please send an email to our service department at info@cityapartment.dk, then we will contact you shortly.

The opening hours of our office are Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00. Friday 08:00 – 15:00. In case of an actual emergency outside the opening hours, we have an emergency line at the telephone number 70 33 01 00.
